Channels & Channel Supports;
Channels and channel supports are available in different types and sizes. Channel systems
are designed for a secure and economic installation of natural stone slabs in instances where
the walls are masonry or Ytong where direct fixing of anchors with expansion bolts is not
possible. Channel system enables quick installation as there are lower anchoring points.

HMPA Channel System;

HMPA U channels are vertically set on to the HCSP02 channel
supports, which are fixed to concrete beams with expansion
bolts.
HCSP04 channel restraint are fixed in the of the channel
strengthening the sub channel system against deflection.
Natural stone slabs are fixed at vertical joints with Z anchors. Z
anchors are set on the holes on the channels by setscrews.

HMPB Channel System;

HMPB C channels are vertically set on to the HCSP01
channel supports, which are fixed to concrete beams with
expansion bolts.

HCSP04 channel restraint are fixed in the of the channel

strengthening the sub channel system against deflection.

Natural stone slabs are fixed at horizontal joints with Z

anchors. Z anchors are set on the drilled holes on the
channels by setscrews.

HMPC Channel System;

HMPC C channels are vertically set on to the HCSP01
channel supports, which are fixed to concrete beams with
expansion bolts.

HMPC c channels are set horizontally set on to the vertical

channels by connection parts and lock nuts.

Natural stone slabs are fixed at horizontal joints with Z

anchors. Z anchors are set on the drilled holes on the
channels with lock nuts and setscrews.
HMPA U Channel Fixing System:
HMPA U Channel is fixed on the upper
floor level with HCSP02 Channel
support.

HMPA U Channel is set between floor

levels. Slabs are fixed on to the
channels with Anchors. In this instance
slabs are installed at vertical joints.
HZ02 Z anchor is used as a load
bearing anchor and HRS anchor is
used as restrain.

HMPA U Channel is fixed on the lower

floor level with HCSP02 Channel
Support.

HMPB C Channel Fixing System:

HMPB C Channel is fixed on the upper
floor level with HCSP01 Channel
support.

HMPB U Channel is set between floor

levels. Slabs are fixed on to the
channel with Anchors. In this instance
panels are installed at horizontal joints.
HZ02 Z anchor are used to carry the
slabs from the bottom and upper sides.

HMPB C Channel is fixed on the lower

floor level with HCSP01 Channel
Support.

HMPC C Channel Fixing System:

HMPC C Channel is fixed on the upper
floor level with HCSP01 Channel
support.

HMPC U Channels are set between

floor levels. HMPC C Channels are set
horizontally on to the vertical channels.
Slabs are fixed on to the horizontal
channels with Z Anchors.

HMPC C Channel is fixed on the lower

floor level with HCSP01 Channel
Support.
