Hello Mr. Shivers,

My name is Lance Cassino in Conifer, CO. I need to explain the entire background on the FBI.gov Tip
online I filed yesterday September 24, 2017 reporting a criminal activity in the form of White-Collar Mortgage
Fraud by a BANK counterfeiting documents committing fraud upon the Jefferson County land records,
committing fraud upon the Jefferson County District Court and committing fraud upon the Jefferson County
Trustee. The printed tip is enclosed.

Also enclosed is the October 19, 2015 report I filed with the Jefferson County Sheriff Office. A criminal
complaint on white-collar crime by mortgage fraud committed by a bank - JP Morgan Chase Bank, NA and/or
its representatives and vendors, report number 15-22789, asking for a criminal investigation by the Jefferson
County District Attorney on the fraudulent false assignment recorded in the Jefferson County land records and
the Colorado law violated - Statute 18 5 114 which is a felony.

Further enclosed is a 19 page Forensic Examination Report Digital Document Analysis dated June 15, 2017 of
the false Corporate Assignment Of Deed Of Trust dated 9/21/2011 recorded 9/28/2011 on whether it was an
original (genuine) or a photo shopped counterfeit. The forensic document examiner states it is photo shopped
and more. What makes this matter/cases even more outrageous is Chase tripled down on their fraud this time
fraud on the court and trustee by presenting to the court and trustee (in previous case number 2011CV4858) two
more fraudulent documents per another separate forensic document examiner report on an Affidavit of Lost
Note by Ashley Jordan dated 4-24-2012 and a second (why 2?) Affidavit of Lost Instrument by Serina Lee
dated 12-13-2012. Further fraud on behave of Chase was committed by attorney Lisa Cancannon - with now
shut down by CO AG Aronowitz & Mecklenburg - filed a false instrument in the Jefferson County land records
on 3-17-2011 a Notice Of Election and Demand For Sale - that Chase was PETE person entitled to enforce
which was proven totally false 6 months and 10-15 days later on 9-28-2011, by Chase itself, when it false
recorded in the land records the above mentioned false Corporate Assignment Of Deed Of Trust

Attached to this letter, pages 3 and 4, is Exhibit 15 Congressman Alan Grayson letter to US AG Loretta
Lynch dated 10/6/2015 on this same problem of Cassino in his state regarding recording of false instruments in
Jefferson County land records.

I have been advised to consider filing a formal complaint with the Colorado Bar on law firms Aronowitz &
Mecklenburg, Kutack Rock LLC and attorneys like Lisa Cancannon that may have been involved in committing
felonies during the 2011-12 time frame violating both their Colorado Rules of Professional Conduct and their
Colorado Attorney Oath of Admission. Some of this is documented in the original complaint filed in Jefferson
County District Court case number 17CV231 and previously explained to Cynthia Lowery-Graber, attorney

with Bryan Cave LLP representing Chase why she and Bryan Cave should not re-introduce the 4 false and/or
fraudulent documents she has inherited from 2 previous law firms.

Both firms withdrew from representing Chase after putting together a recorded Settlement Agreement in
March 2013 for case number 2011CV4858 paying $10,000 of my attorneys fees and requesting us to pay the
costs for a subdivision of 45 acres property of mine that Chase had no standing or capacity to do so, and
likely why about a year later, the law firms of attorney Jeremy Peck of Kutak Rock LLP and attorney Fred
Gabler of Karsh Fulton Gabler Joseph PC withdrew from representing Chase because it was unenforceable and
expired by design after a year which it did in March 2014..

Mr. Shivers we are not trying to make a big deal out of this as Chase has already settled once on this very matter
to avoid trial 12/22-23/2011 for our counter claim of quiet title due to the fraudulent assignment. We are just
putting all the cards on the table to get Chase to finally permanently settle this matter which now includes
evidence/proof of 3 more fraudulent documents the 2 affidavits and the Notice Of Election and Demand For
Sale for the quiet title sought in our current 17CV231 action. If we are not awarded quiet tile and justice soon,
then we will be forced to serve a 2nd complaint for substantial damages filed yesterday in Jefferson County
District Court case number 17CV332 again that I have agreed to hold serving to the 4 starting defendants for
a while. Hopefully common sense and the facts will prevail so all involved now including 5 additional
plaintiffs can put this finally behind them

Just some fyi - I am a certified paralegal that works with attorneys involved in several different practice areas
that have helped us put a legal team together to litigate this case successfully so far. It was very surprising and
revealing that on the FBI webpage dealing with these kinds of matters https://www.fbi.gov/investigate/white-
collar-crime/mortgage-fraud there are no categories for consumers describing white-collar mortgage fraud
committed by against them by some of about 14 major banks that have paid fines totaling $300 billion or so to
government regulators like the FDIC, OCC, investors in MBS/derivatives, other banks, insurance companies
and in settlements with individual consumers from the mortgage fraud by banks, law firms, attorneys and their
document manufacturing vendors not consumers that caused the Crash of 2008-9 and actually is continuing
today per respectable business publications. Hope it can be updated category wise for the public a category for
homeowners with a loan from a bank that is criminally abusing them.
