Instruction for uploading of documents in CARINGS

Please read the below instructions:

(1) New Registration of PAPs

It is mandatory to upload all the documents, in order to complete the application.

Kindly note that only after uploaded all the documents, the Submit button will
be enabled.
To ensure that the documents uploaded are correct, click on view button.

If any of the require documents are not uploaded, the application cannot be
completed.

In case of married couple, both applicants need to upload their birth

certificate.

(2) For parents who have already registered prior to 21 October2014

Although, your registration has been accepted and Home Study Report (HSR) is
under process/completed/ approved, it is now mandatory to upload all the
documents online.

Note:- Kindly upload all the above mentioned documents within 30 days from the date of
registration . Failure to do so, would lead to deactivation of your application.
