MINUTES OF MEETING
Academic matter related meeting was held on 03rd November 2017 in the VC Conference Room, Ground Floor, Symbiosis University of
Applied Sciences, at 10.00 am. The agenda of the meeting was
1. Discussion regarding Curriculum-IDSC.
2. Discussion regarding Attendance follow-up.
3. Discussion regarding Attendance cut off percentage.
4. Discussion regarding criteria for detainment.
5. Discussion regarding Marks Distribution for Attendance.
6. Discussion regarding Fine on Examination forms.
7. Any other matter with due permission of the Chair.

On the basis of the discussion it was proposed that there
should be procedure for monitoring attendance of students on
monthly basis which will be cumulated at the end of semester as
mentioned above and further detail regulation should be framed
which should be common for all Schools and Faculties.
