UPSR And Final Exam Post-Mortem 2012

2. 2.1 The Chairman presented the result and post-mortem.
2.2 The percentage achievement of English Language in UPSR 2012
2.3 En.Azrizal suggested that the teachers need to do more drills.
2.4 Cik Nur Zawani proposed that the pupils need master the English teachers
vocabulary items in their learning in order to success.

3. Teaching and Learning (T&L) Activities

3.1 The Chairman asked committee members to use new lesson plan
format of Kluang District and all the method of T&L skills.
3.2 Teacher had to give more attention in Grammar items and how to
write sentences.
3.2 Create meaningful and attractive English environment.

4. School Based Oral Assessment (SBOA) English teachers

4.1 Pn.Nurdiana asked teachers to complete School Based oral
 Assessment (SBOA) report.
4.2 The English teacher of each class in charge the procedure
4.3Mr.Azrizal distributes files and information of SBOA
4.4 Inform to parents and pupils the assessment date.
4.5 key in the marks in the SBOA form and complete

5. Information Communication Technology Literacy (ICTL) English teachers

5.1 Pn.Nur Diana distributed the resources and information about
ICTL that teachers of level 1 should do.
52Teachers have to teach and guides pupil level 1 to know the
component and apply the computer based on the syllabus given.
5.3Mr.Azrizal will copies guided compact disc for teachers.

6. 6.1En Hanafee b.Sairi reminds teachers to complete School Based
oral Assessment (SBOA) report at least twice a year.
6.2 Tutorial class for Etems teachers (Buddy Support System) and all
the staff members officially once a week on Friday, after school
hour.(12pm -12.20 pm)
6.3 Motivation camp will discuss later in next meeting.

4. Analysis of Mid-Exam Results 2/2012 English teachers
4.1 Results such as attached. The Chairman hoped casualties can
be reduced.
4.2 UPSR class results showed improvement on its detection
examinations ago. Pn. Nur Diana
4.3 overall pass percentage of students in this subject is of 68.9%,
an increase of 2.4% and the percentage of students graduating year English teachers
6 is 71.88% with an increase of 9.59%.
4.4 Analysis accompanying the entire test

Other matters
5. 5.1 The Chairman hoped that teachers are able to help her in
english bulletin board update and augment their quotes in English.
5.2 She also requested that the proposed English Managing
Committee to get lockers achieved.
5.3 She also expects that all teachers are able to provide high level
of commitment in improving the quality of teaching and learning as
well as their responsibilities in guiding students to achieve greater
success.
