functions such as reference desk backup, reference phone call duties, my position bridged not only the

Ancient to Medieval: Distinguish key cultural differences between a variety of artifacts of, and
synthesize their social or aesthetics significance Read and analyze historical texts, arts, and
philosophical ideas. Relate western and non-western cultural ideas to contemporary students of ancient
folk circumstances with a focus on the ancient world to the early Renaissance.
Renaissance to Modern: Analysis of aesthetics is the scope of this course that introduces humanistic
ideas and works to students about beauty and perspectives, as well as how these notions alter over time
and across cultural relevance. Assisted students with composing essays, performing research for papers,
and exam preparation. As a result, many students who sought ongoing tutoring raised their final grades
by one letter or higher.

Tutoring Central University of Central Oklahoma September 2011 through December 2012
Supplemental Instructor
Assisted professor with three humanities courses (Ancient to Medieval and Renaissance to Modern
Humanities 2000 level courses) containing approximately 25 students each. Presided over study
sessions, prepared study guides for upcoming exams, and assisted professor with essays and exams.
Kept current class notes and created power-point presentations to support students with their
coursework. Helped compile research, explained how to write essays, and acted as a fellow peer and
confidant for students. I kept thorough records of session attendees for my Tutoring Central supervisor,
and these statistics were used to rate my performance as a Supplemental Instructor for a Humanities
faculty member.
