Procurement Soekarno-Hatta in Poris Plawad Village Cipondoh District

This study aims to determine how the public anticipation of the eviction of
settlements for the procurement of railway Soekarno-Hatta in Poris Plawad Village
Cipondoh District Tangerang City. The research was conducted during the month of October
2016. This study used a descriptive method. Data collection techniques using a
questionnaire. A sample of 41 respondents. Respondents are Kel society. Poris Plawad who
are directly exposed to eviction. The sampling technique using Random Sampling.

Research results showing that the views of the affective aspect of the respondents
knew of and approved the procurement of railway line Soekarno-Hatta Airport.

The psychological aspect, the majority of people do not agree with the determination
of damages from the government because the price is not in accordance with the wishes of
the people and the lack of clarity in the assessment system of pricing of land compensation
set by the government. Then in conformance indicators of government policy in the hope
Most people claim are in accordance with their expectations. Suggestions for the
government, should their deliberations prior to the agreement, a detailed explanation is
given broad price per square meter of land and buildings, as well as differences in the price
of the status of ownership of the land.

In the aspect of action, most of the community has taken action to march and take
legal action. Then the next step if the district court decision to lose they will still retain their
land until the agreed price. On indicators anticipation associated socio-economic mostly
already have plans on moving, the location of moving, the calculation of buying a house /
land from the land compensation, the picture changed jobs, plans to open a business, as well
as the plan if there is residual compensation after fees move. Similarly in anticipation
indicators related to education most people already have plans to move the location of the
school / college for their family members. As well, buying a personal vehicle for educational
purposes. Anticipation of the public in these matters has its own opinion for each individual
because each individual has thoughts and plans he thinks is best for his life.

Anticipation of the most prominent in Poris Plawad Village community that plans
move to another place where as much as 85.3%. Next to the picture of the site plan living
since most choose around the home area not far from a place to stay that is equal to 75.6%.
Then the subsequent anticipation that plans to buy a house / land amounted to 85.4%.
Furthermore, in anticipation of the plan to open a business 82.9%, the plan to move the
location of a school / college amounted to 63.4%. As well, 41.5% plan to buy a vehicle for
education
