ABSTRAK

Pelayanan yang berpusat pada pasien (patient centered care) merupakan suatu
pendekatan inovatif terhadap perencanaan, pemberian, dan evaluasi atas pelayanan
kesehatan yang didasarkan pada kemitraan yang saling menguntungkan antara
pemberi pelayanan kesehatan, pasien, dan keluarga. Patient centered care adalah
salah satu perilaku anggota organisasi yang dipengaruhi oleh budaya organisasi.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis faktor budaya organisasi yang
mempengaruhi patient centered care di RSUD Dr.M.M. Dunda Limboto. Jenis
penelitian yaitu survey analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional yang
menggunakan uji chi square pada 70 orang perawat pelaksana. Hasil penelitian
menunjukkan ada hubungan bermakna antara komunikasi, pelatihan, pengambilan
keputusan, pengambilan risiko, reward, dan kerjasama dengan patient centered care (
p= 0,001-0,039). Variabel komunikasi yang paling dominan berpeluang 5,907 kali
untuk melaksanakan pelayanan yang berpusat pada pasien dengan baik.sehingga
komunikasi perawat perlu ditingkatkan untuk perubahan budaya di RSUD Dr. M.M.
Dunda Limboto.

ABSTRACT

Ministry centered on the patient (patient centered care) is an innovative approaches

to the planning, delivery, and evaluation of health services based on mutually
beneficial partnerships between health care givers, patients, and families. Patient
centered care is one of the Organizations members that behavior is influenced by
the culture of the organization. The purpose of this research is to analyze the factors
which influence the culture of the Organization patient centered care in the
Provincial Hospital of Dr. M. M. Dunda Limboto (RSUD Dr. M. M. Dunda
Limboto). This type of research i.e. analytic survey with cross sectional approach that
uses the chi square test on 70 people nurses. The results showed there is a meaningful
relationship between communication, training, decision making, risk taking, reward,
and cooperation with patient centered care (p = 0.001-0.039). The most dominant
variables related to patient centered care are the communication so nurses
communication needs to be improved for a change of culture at The Provincial
Hospital of Dr. M. M. Dunda Limboto (RSUD Dr. M. M. Limboto).
