The ABC project plan was reviewed to get an updated status of the tasks. The production server is not yet
ready for a production environment. Oracle isnt installed yet. John South will talk to Jim Grahn about it
and call Bill Knecht back so we can discuss what needs to be done to set up a production environment.

John Kelley and Bill Green are working on the requirements for the 5 th report in the second group. They
will have it to JMCS soon.

Linda Kingsley asked Bill Knecht to provide an estimate of the time and cost required to build cross
reference table update software. She asked for alternatives and assumptions.

JMCS agreed to export all the cross reference tables from the test database, in comma-delimited format,
and send the files to Joe Hurley, John Kelley, and John South.

JMCS will contact John South later on issues regarding data validation.

JMCS will prepare a list of what changes we could make and what we couldnt make (and why) to the
first six reports. We will send the list to Joe Hurley.
