The ABC project plan was reviewed to get an updated status of the tasks. The production server is not yet
ready for a production environment. Jim Grahn said that they will be reconfiguring it this week. Jim will
call Bill Knecht later to discuss loading the reporting database onto the production server.

The ABC team at Postal does not want to go back to the selection criteria screen to change the selection
criteria. The Business Objects web site says that there are alternatives to this.

The requirements for the fifth report in the second set of reports are done. They will be sent to JMCS
today or tomorrow.

JMCS needs to meet with the Postal ABC team to discuss all the issues about what Business Objects will
do and what it will not do. The Postal ABC team will send JMCS a list of issues. Then we will all meet as
soon as possible.

The Postal ABC team is inviting Business Objects and Cognos in next week to make presentations on
their products. This is because they are not completely satisfied with Business Objects and they want to
see what Cognos has to offer.
