Goodeveing my fellow Pigcawayanon!

There can be no leaders without a community to serve. And

without a community of supporters, the leader is unable to be of
service. Thats is why my deepest gratitude goes to the people of
Pigcawayan who served as my lighting guide for giving me
meaningful purpose in this world.

I am not only humbled and honored to be nominated in this

respected event but this award also increased my sense of
responsibilities to further extent.

I am also very pleased because it was one of my familys

dreams for me to stand in front of many people accepting an award
recognizing my efforts and services. So to my children, Cristine,
Clarisse, Carlo, my wife Clarita, my son in law Christopher and my
grandchild Chrisella, this award is for all of you.

I am also extending my gratitude to my good friend Rey M.
