ABSTRAK

BalapDragmerupakankompetisidimanakendaraan tersebutbersainguntukmenjadiyang
pertama menyeberangi garisfinishdariawalberdiri, dandalamlintasanlurus. Populasi
penggemar dunia olahraga otomotif di Medan cukup besar. Akan tetapi Medan
belum mempunyai fasilitas cirkuit sendiri. Fenomena ini mengakibatkan banyaknya
para pecinta dunia balap yang menyalurkan hobinya di jalanan. Akibat dari itu maka
di butuhkanlah sebuah CircuitDrag Race yang nantinya dapat digunakan untuk para
pembalap, pecinta otomotif dan penyelenggaraan acara otomotif di Medan. Dengan
menyongsong tema high tech architecture bangunan dapat memberikan suasana
tekhnologi yang dapat di hubungkan dengan mobil balap. Dan juga dapat menjawab
masalah terhadap struktur-struktur bangunan yang dapat mendukung fungsinya.
Perancangan CircuitDrag Race memberikan kenyamanan pengguna dan juga dapat
menggabungkan kegiatan antara exhibition, balap, dan juga reparasi kendaraan. Di
mana bangunan tersebut dapat memberikan suasana nyaman kepada para pecinta
otomotif dalam mengapresiasikan diri terhadap dunia otomotif.

ABSTRACT

Drag racing is acompetition in which the vehicle is competingto be the first across
the line from the start up, and in a straight path. The population of the automotive
world at enthusiasts in medan is quite large. But in medan has not had its own circuit
facilities. This phenomenon resulted in a number of races he was funneling lovers on
the road. The result of that then in need af a drag race circuit that will be in use for
the drivers, the auto lovers and motoring event organizer in the city of medan. With
the theme of the architecture to meet the high tech buildings can provide a
technology than can connect with race cars. And alsobe able to answer the problem
of building structures taht can support the funcion. The drag race circuit design
provides the convenience of the user and can also combine exhibition activities,
racing, and also repair the vehicle. Where the building can provide a comfortable
atmosphere to automotive lovers in the case up to the automotive world.
