Major Violation:

Submitting Forged Items & Counterfeit Materials


Violation Of Company Standards That Put The Quality And Integrity Of The
Facility Including Its Workers And Equipments At Risk
Moderate Violation:

Any Violation To Maser & Project Specification And IFC Drawings That If The
Next Phase Of Works Is Continued Without Correcting The Violation.
The Structural Integrity Of The Next Phase Will Be Jeopardized
Any Violation If Not Corrected In Timely Manner Will Lead More Severe
Damage Or Complexity.
Any Violation To Schedule Q
Example:

Unavailability Of Approved Contractor QA Manager & Approved Contractor


QC Manager.
Commencing Special Process Activity Without Approved Procedure /
Personnel.
Minor Violation:

Any Violation To SAES , SAMSS & Project Specification And Approved IFC
Drawings But The Next Phase Of Works Is Dependent On Correction Of The
Violation.
Example:

Failure To Perform Inspection As Per Approved ITP Without Adequate


Notification.
Failure To Submit, Incomplete, Poor Quality, Late Submittal Of Weekly
Monthly Deliverable Asper Schedule Q Requirements
