Portland, Oregon 972062112, U.S.A., under oath, depose:
The person conducting this examination of me is Atty. Joseph P. Reyes, with office address

at 99 flr. Autumn Bldg. J.P. Laurel Avenue, Davao City. I am answering his questions fully
conscious that I do so under oath and may face criminal liability for false testimony and perjury.

Q5. Do you have proof of ownership in this said lot?

A5. Yes, I have Free Patent No. (XI-1)3731. With corresponding OCT No. P-9372 was
issued under my name.

Q6. When did you apply for the Free Patent Application?

A6. On September 30, 1997.

Q7. Do you have any proof as to prove that you are actually in possession of land and made
improvements thereon?

A7. Yes, since I am living abroad I hired a worker to manage and take care of the land. Prior
to leaving for abroad I constructed a bungalow house on the land where the worker can
reside.

Q8. Do you have any proof that you hired a worker to take care of the land?
A8. Yes, I have our electronic conversations recorded in my cellphone and we are in constant
communication with matters pertaining to the land.

Q9. Were you able to enter the land prior to leaving the country?

A9. Yes, I have photographs taken before and after the construction of the bungalow house.

Q10. Do you notice this signature in your application for Free Patent?

A.10. Yes, that is my signature.

Q.11. Did you commit fraudulent means and misrepresentation in order to secure Free Patent
No. (XI-1)3731 and OCT No. P-9372 over the subject land,

A.11 I did not since I was a possessor of the property in good faith.

Q.12 Do you have anything to add in this judicial affidavit?
