5. Objetivos

5.1. Descripcin General

5.1.1. Sistema / Nombre de Proyecto

Sistema Multiplexado IRIZAR Brasil i6.

5.1.2. Objetivos

Este documento recoge una descripcin del software de la pantalla implementado en la

electrnica Master & Display de ACTIA. El software est desarrollado sobre las herramientas
Straton y Embedded Wizard.
Todos los textos mostrados se encuentran en portugus pero mediante un parmetro se
puede determinar mostrarlos en portugus, espaol o ingls.

Este monitor tctil est ubicado en el lado izquierdo del asiento del conductor.

Los pulsadores/botones de M&D mostrados en la figura 2 tanto fsicamente como en la

pantalla son utilizados para controlar las funcionalidades y permiten navegar a travs de los
mens de la pantalla. Los pulsadores de la botonera estn conectados con la electrnica M&D
internamente sobre un bus CAN. Al mismo tiempo la pantalla tiene la capacidad de ser tctil lo que
permite habilitar o deshabilitar algunas funcionalidades. El controlador M&D hace uso de las
seales de esta botonera y la pantalla para determinar la informacin que debe mostrar y su
emplazamiento.

El desconectador principal, el contacto el pulsador con capacidad de activacin del sistema
activan la pantalla de inicio dependiendo de cada autobs ya que algunos autobuses carecen de
desconectador principal.

Tras la validacin del sistema se muestra la pantalla de conduccin principal
automticamente sin participacin del cliente.
Pulsando en el icono situado en la parte inferior derecha se accede a la pantalla de ajustes

Nota: En esta pantalla se puede llevar a cabo la re-calibracin de la pantalla. Se aconseja

no activar este proceso en caso de no ser estrictamente necesario.

Para activar dicho proceso es necesario presionar al mismo tiempo el pulsador de

iluminacin interior (pulsador situado en el bloque izquierdo de pulsadores en la esquina
superior izquierda) y el pulsador de selector de bocina (pulsador situado en el bloque
derecho de pulsadores en la esquina superior izquierda) durante al menos 5 segundos.
Posteriormente siga las instrucciones mostradas en la pantalla y finalmente reinicie el
equipo retirando la alimentacin del mismo y volviendo a alimentarlo.

Pulsando sobre los accesos a los ajustes disponibles se accede a las pantallas para
personalizar la visualizacin como puede ser el idioma y la hora y fecha.
Pulsando en el icono situado en la parte inferior derecha se vuelve a la pantalla de
conduccin principal.
Informacin mostrada
Esta pantalla contiene los accesos a los ajustes disponibles para ser modificados por el
conductor para personalizar la visualizacin como puede ser el idioma y la hora y fecha.
As mismo se encuentra el acceso restringido para personal autorizado de los ajustes
avanzados.

Pulsando en el icono situado en la parte inferior derecha se vuelve a la pantalla de
conduccin principal.
Informacin mostrada
En esta pantalla el cliente puede seleccionar la hora y fecha que ser mostrada en la
pantalla del sistema multiplexado.
Una vez finalizado el ajuste deseado es necesario pulsar el botn OK para establecer
internamente en el sistema la hora y fecha seleccionada.
Mientras esta informacin no se ajuste por primera vez ser mostrada en la pantalla
principal con efecto parpadeante.

Pulsando en el icono situado en la parte inferior derecha se vuelve a la pantalla de
conduccin principal.
Informacin mostrada
En el men de idiomas el cliente puede seleccionar el idioma en que se muestra la
informacin de la pantalla. El testigo luminoso informa del idioma seleccionado actualmente.
Una vez finalizado el ajuste deseado es necesario pulsar el botn OK para retornar a la
pantalla de ajustes bsicos.
El idioma seleccionado es mantenido una vez se apaga el autobs.

avanzadas.

Pulsando en el icono situado en la parte inferior derecha se vuelve a la pantalla de
conduccin principal.
Informacin mostrada
Esta pantalla contiene los ajustes avanzados que permiten a aquellas personas que lo
requieren configurar aspectos ms tcnicos del sistema como deshabilitar funcionalidades,
modificar parmetros, realizar diagnsticos o cambiar la clave de acceso a este men.

Pulsando en el icono situado en la parte inferior derecha se vuelve a la pantalla de
conduccin principal.
Informacin mostrada
En esta pantalla se realiza la habilitacin o deshabilitacin de aquellas funcionalidades
gestionadas desde los pulsadores.
Para conocer las funcionalidades que estn habilitadas se encienden los testigos de sus
correspondientes pulsadores. En caso de desear cambiar su estado es necesario mantener
presionado su pulsador durante 3 segundos e invertir su estado informando del mismo a
travs de su testigo en el pulsador.
Una vez finalizado el ajuste deseado es necesario pulsar el botn OK para retornar a la
pantalla de ajustes avanzados.

Pulsando en el icono situado en la parte inferior derecha se vuelve a la pantalla de
conduccin principal.
Informacin mostrada
En esta pantalla se realiza la parametrizacin del sistema de multiplexado ajustando los
parmetros segn la instalacin del autobs donde est colocado.
Una vez finalizado el ajuste deseado es necesario pulsar el botn OK para retornar a la
pantalla de ajustes avanzados.

salidas del sistema multiplexado o errores.
Pulsando en el icono inferior se vuelve a la pantalla de ajustes avanzados.
Pulsando en el icono situado en la parte inferior derecha se vuelve a la pantalla de
conduccin principal.
Informacin mostrada
En esta pantalla se muestran las opciones de diagnostico que dispone el sistema
multiplexado: informacin de cada entrada y salida e informacin de errores tanto activos
como histricos.

Pulsando sobre los accesos disponibles se accede a las entradas o salidas del nodo
seleccionado.
Pulsando en el icono inferior se vuelve a la pantalla general de diagnsticos.
Pulsando en el icono situado en la parte inferior derecha se vuelve a la pantalla de
conduccin principal.
Informacin mostrada
En esta pantalla muestran los nodos que forman el sistema multiplexado y divide la
informacin de cada nodo segn lo que se desea supervisar, entradas o salidas.
A su vez se muestra el consumo total del sistema multiplexado.

salidas.

conduccin principal.
Informacin mostrada
En esta pantalla se muestran las seales de entrada o salidas segn la opcin seleccionada
y la informacin de consumo actual, consumo mximo desde el arranque y el estado de
cada salida (desactiva, activa, error, no habilitada).

Pulsando sobre los accesos disponibles se puede acceder a los errores activos en ese
instante, acceder al histrico de errores .gestionados en el Eeprom con mayor detalle de
cada error o borrar dicho histrico de errores.
Pulsando en el icono inferior se vuelve a la pantalla general de diagnsticos.
Pulsando en el icono situado en la parte inferior derecha se vuelve a la pantalla de
conduccin principal.
Informacin mostrada
En esta pantalla muestran las distintas opciones disponibles en relacin con los errores
desde visualizar aquellos DTCs activos, visualizar el histrico de errores del sistema
multiplexado o eliminarlos.

Informacin mostrada
En esta pantalla se muestra la informacin de aquellos errores gestionados en la memoria
interna del M&D desde su origen (SA), cdigo de error (SPN), modo de fallo (FMI), contador
de ocurrencias de este fallo (OCC), horas desde la ltima activacin del sistema, horas
totales de trabajo del sistema multiplexado en ese autobs, hora y fecha de su ltima
activacin y velocidad del autobs en ese instante.
Nota: Este listado de errores es volcado en la memoria Eeprom en el instante de apagado
del sistema nicamente. Mientras el sistema est activado esta gestin es realizada en la
memoria RAM.

conduccin principal.
Informacin mostrada
Para personalizar el acceso a aquellos ajustes ms delicados del sistema es posible
modificar el cdigo mediante el teclado mostrado.
Una vez seleccionado el cdigo de 4 dgitos deseado es necesario pulsar el botn OK para
actualizar internamente la clave y retornar a la pantalla de ajustes avanzados.

Cada vez que se da un evento el conductor es informado con un mensaje sobre un recuadro
de color representativo segn la importancia siendo rojo si es un fallo, amarillo si es un
aviso o gris si es meramente informativo.
