Packages
Repacker should have sufficient space to tore the
empty packages as per HPCL standard norms /
methods.
For storing filled container/bucket repacker must able
to provide Min 5000 sq. ft. (465 square meter) area.
This is equivalent to storing production for a period of
3 days. Further for storing empty packages, buckets
and allied facilities minimum of additional 5000 Square
Feet ((465 square meter) must be made available.

(e) Storage Area for Storage of Empty Packages
and Filled Packages: Repacker should have
sufficient Storage area to store the empty and
filled packages as per HPCL standard norms/
methods (i)For storing filled Container / Buckets,
Tenderers shall offer a minimum covered Floor
area of 464.52 sqmt (5000 sqft) area. This is
equivalent to storing production for a period of 3
days. (ii)Further for storing empty packages,
empty buckets etc. minimum of additional 5000
Square Feet (465 square meter) covered Floor
Area must be made available.
The area stated in (i) and (ii) above should be
excluding the allied facilities to be provided by the
tenderer namely filling machines, QC area , office
space , truck loading/unloading space , tank farm ,
pump house , toilets , workers amenity etc.

The successful tender shall carry
repacking activity for HPCL grades
only from EXCLUSIVE premises
earmarked at their unit.
Dilution Premises to Facility
The Repacker has to offer exclusive
facility for the filling of these special
grades for OEM. Exclusive facility shall
imply a premises OR a dedicated part of
a premises from where the job
described in the tender shall be the only
job that shall be carried out for the
period of contract. Such a premises OR
dedicated part of premises shall include
storage tanks, filling lines, filling
machines and storage area of minimum
10000 Sq Ft (930 Squre Meters) for
empty containers/packages and filled
inventory. HPCL is not making any
commitment towards repacking any
minimum volume against this tender.
However HPCL shall endeavor to repack
a minimum volume of 750 KL per month
of OEM Grades. In the event there is a
shortfall in the OEM quantity for a given
month, attempts shall be made to fulfill
the deficit volume (over 750 KL) by
repacking HPCL grades during the
month.
The Repacker has to offer exclusive

imply a premises OR dedicated parts
of a premises from where the job
described in the tender shall be the
only job that shall be carried out for
the period of contract. Such a
premises OR dedicated parts of

empty containers/packages and filled
inventory. HPCL is not making any
