Tournament : Tournament will be played under FIDE rules with Swiss system.
AICF Registration : AICF Registration is compulsory to all participants and the registration fee is Rs.250/-
for the year 2014-15. Those who are not registered should apply for registration with
duly filled and signed AICF registration form along with a copy of their Date of Birth
Certificate obtained from Municipality/ Corporation with one passport size photograph.
Those who are already registered with AICF must show proof thereof.
TNSCA Registration : TNSCA Registration is compulsory for Tamil Nadu players. The TNSCA Registration fee
is Rs.100/-for the year 2014-15.Those who are not registered should apply for registration
with duly filled and signed TNSCA registration form along with copy of their Date of Birth
certificate obtained from Municipality/Corporation with one passport size photograph.
Those who are already registered with TNSCA must show proof thereof.

Appeals Committee : A five member appeals committee shall be formed by the organizers. All the members
and Reserves shall be from the different clubs/units. No member of the committee can

vote on dispute in which a player from his own club/unit is involved and such case(s),

the reserves shall take his place in the committee. The decisions of the appeals committee From May 1 to 04 2014
is final & binding on all players concerned. Under the auspices of Coimbatore District Chess Association
