Description of venture.

A) Product and services.

In this venture the company is going to sell various types of ice blended and pizza. This
product is to be sold to all the KLIUC students and staffs.

Uniqueness of the product.

The uniqueness of the product is that the company has created a special ice
blended that is not sold before. The ice blended is made from fresh fruits and it come
with various type of fruit cocktail it in. Meanwhile for the coffee and chocolate ice
blended there will be extra chocolate and coffee syrup added in it. For the pizza the
company has various types that are BBQ chicken pizza and chicken and extra cheese
pizza. All the ingredients that we used to make the pizza are fresh and freshly baked.

B) Short and long term objective.

Mission (what the business would be like)

Our mission is to provide a healthy drink and food for our customer. Our product
is easy and fast to be made and it will make busy people easier to have their meal in a
short time.

Vision (where we want to go)

Our vision is to sell the best product and satisfied the customers needs. We aim to
open an ice blended stall in the cafeteria since there is no such stall yet.

Objectives
To be the best product seller in KLIUC for the entrepreneurship week.
To provide healthy ice blended and freshly baked pizza to all the
customers.
Lessen the burden for the busy working people to have their meal in a
simple but healthy way.
Office Equipment and Personnel
The setup for the business is fresh fruits, fruit cocktail, coffee and chocolate syrup, mince
chicken, cheese, ice, and blender, knife, chopping board, oven and other important items.
There will be four personnel at each stall to manage the business. They will handle both
ice blended and pizza preparations and business sale.
