ABSTRAK

PENGARUH MOTIVASI DAN DISIPLIN KERJA PETUGAS TERHADAP


KUALITAS PELAYANAN LABORATORIUM
DI RSUD KOTA BANDUNG

Pasien yang datang ke RSUD Kota Bandung makin lama makin meningkat,

dan ini menuntut pelayanan yang lebih baik disertai motivasi dan disiplin kerja yang

optimal. Pada laboratorium yang baik terdapat pengaruh yang erat antara Motivasi

dan disiplin kerja dengan kualitas pelayanan laboratorium, disiplin kerja yang baik

menghasilkan kualitas pelayanan yang baik

Masalah penelitian ini adalah adanya keluhan pasien terhadap pelayanan

laboratorium,sedangkan petugas merasa telah berusaha semaksimal mungkin dalam

melakukan pekerjaannya sehingga keluhan tersebut dapat menimbulkan interpretasi

bahwa Motivasi dan disiplin kerja petugas dapat menurun.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi dan disiplin kerja

petugas terhadap kualitas pelayanan laboratorium di RSUD Kota Bandung. Metode

penelitian yang digunakan adalah Survai, Ary, Yacobs and Razavich. Populasi

penelitian adalah 30 orang petugas yang bekerja di Laboratorium RSUD Kota

Bandung . Analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan 2 variabel
independen (Motivasi dan disiplin kerja) serta 1 variabel dependen (Kualitas

Pelayanan Laboratorium).

Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa ketiga hipotesis alternatif (H a)

yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini diterima, dan menolak hipotesis nol (H 0) terdapat

pengaruh positif yang signifikan motivasi dan disiplin kerja petugas laboratorium

secara bersama-sama terhadap kualitas pelayanan laboratorium di Rumah Sakit

Umum Kota Bandung Jawa Barat.

Hasil analisis uji F diperoleh besaran sebesar 20,35. Besaran ini

dikonsultasikan dengan besaran Ftabel (0.01) diperoleh besaran sebesar 5,49, yang

menunjukkan bahwa koefisien korelasi antara disiplin kerja dan motivasi petugas

laboratorium secara bersama-sama dengan kualitas pelayanan laboratorium

sangat signifikan.

EFFECT OF MOTIVATION AND DISCIPLINE TO QUALITY SERVICE

OFFICERS WORKING LABORATORY

Patients who come to hospitals Bandung gradually increasing, and this

requires better service with motivation and discipline optimal work. At both

laboratories are closely influence the motivation and discipline of working with

quality laboratory service, good work discipline produces good quality services

The problem of this research is the patient's complaints against the laboratory

services, while the officer felt he had tried as much as possible in his work so

that complaints can lead to the interpretation that the motivation and discipline

of officers working to decrease.

This study aimed to determine the effect of motivation and discipline of

officers working on the quality of laboratory services in hospitals Bandung. The

research method used was Survey, Ary, Yacobs and Razavich. The study

population was 30 officers who worked at the Laboratory of Hospital Bandung.

The analysis used is multiple linear regression with two independent variables
(motivation and work discipline) and one dependent variable (Quality Services

Laboratory).

The test results showed that the third hypothesis alternative hypothesis

(Ha) is proposed in this study received, and reject the null hypothesis (H0) there

was a significant positive influence on the motivation and discipline of

laboratory personnel working together to quality laboratory services in

Bandung City General Hospital West Java.

The results of test analysis "F" scale obtained at 20.35. This massive

amount of consultation with Ftable (0.01) obtained magnitude of 5.49, which

indicates that the correlation coefficient between labor discipline and motivation

laboratory personnel together with the quality of laboratory services is very

significant.
