ML-3: Grade M13 (Sr. Executive)

ML-1: No. of work areas 10
ML-2: No. of work areas 20
ML-3: No. of work areas 30

Ranking:
Ranking Criteria Scores Percentage
Has no understanding to the work area 0 0%
Has below average understanding to the work area 10 25%
Has average understanding to the work area 20 50%
Has above average understanding to the work area 30 75%
Has Complete understanding to the work area 40 100 %

Formula:
A = (ML-1 Score 10) + (ML-2 Score 20) + (ML-3 Score 30)

B = 40(No. of ML-1 work areas 10) + (No. of ML-2 work areas 20) + (No. of ML-3 work areas 30)

Skill percentage of Executive = A/B %
