This questionnaire survey forms part of our research assignment being conducted by Flexible
Learning Program (FLP) student of faculty of Administrative Science and Policy Studies at
Universiti Teknologi Mara, Kota Kinabalu .Sabah Campus. The purpose of the research is to
observe and to get more depth regarding to the budgeting management practices of retailer
traders Buminputera in the rural area of Lahad Datu. Thus, research been conducted to get better
understanding on the how the budgeting give impact of the performance measurement among the
retailer traders bumiputera in the rural areas of Lahad Datu. Your participation in this research
