SYMPTOMS

Folder to filter transactions on Batch source is not working.

Query in Transaction workbench is returning all transactions irrespective of Batch source.

The folder is working correctly in Transaction summary workbench.

CAUSE

Severity 3 Bug 18817573 - TRANSACTION FORM IGNORES FOLDER was raised for this issue.

SOLUTION

This issue will be worked in P3 Bug 18817573 TRANSACTION FORM IGNORES FOLDER ..

As a workaround, you can do the following:

You can use the folder feature via transaction summary workbench.

Please monitor the progress of this bug via My Oracle Support by following these steps:

1. Go to Knowledge Tab
2. Enter the Bug number in the text field.
3. Click on Go.
4. The Bug number and subject appear.
5. Click on the Bug number in the results window.
6. Monitor periodically by clicking My Headlines then the Bookmarks button. The following table explains the bug status
codes:

16 Support bug screening: Bug is being reviewed by our Bug Diagnostics group.
