APPOINTMENT ORDER

With reference to your application Dtd: 01.12.2008 for Employment and the subsequent
interview you had with us, you are offered an appointment in our company on the following
terms and conditions:

1. You will be designated as Manager Marketing.

2. You will devote all your time, attention and ability to the business of the establishment
and to observe all rules and regulations applicable from time to time.

3. You shall conduct yourself in a manner, which upholds the spirit of discipline, as this is a
service organization.

4. You shall maintain punctuality and regularity during office hours.

5. You shall not at anytime disclose to any one any information know how, knowledge,
secrets, methods, plans etc., of the establishment / organization.

6. During the period of service with the establishment you shall not carry on any business of
you own, but carry out your duty diligently, loyalty and to the best of your capacity.

7. You will be paid Gross salary of Rs. 35,000.00 per month Plus Perks as applicable if any,
On Duty expenses like Telephone ,Travelling ,Boarding & lodging will be paid extra at
actual.

8. This appointment is made on the understanding that the information given by you in your
application for employment is correct, true and complete. If it is found at any time that
the information given by you is not correct / true / complete, this appointment may be
withdrawn before you join service with us or your services may be terminated at any time
after you have taken up employment with us.

9. You are entitled to leave as per the Karnataka Shops and Commercial Establishments
Act.

10. If for a period of eight consecutive days you absent your self without permission or
overstay leave, you shall be deemed to have left voluntarily, terminating your services
thereby.

11. Apart from the above conditions you will be governed by the service rules and
regulations / standing orders if any of the company.

If you are willing to accept the above terms and conditions, you may join duty after signing
the duplicate copy of this order, in token of your acceptance.
