In view of the above I am pleased to inform you that as from 1* November 2000 your salary has been reviewed and will be increased by R. 1550 bringing your basic salary to R 16400 per month. This increase for Line Managers obviously will require us in the region to focus even more on ensuring a top performance for the current six months particularly considering the extra costs.
