Duties & Responsibilities performed:


Performed the function of a Sales Executive by regular visit to retail shop, keeping
the catalogues, samples in a prominent and easily identifiable place of the
customers observing the market trend and collect information and submit
periodical market survey report to General Manager.

Before the introduction of any new products, identifying the market scope for the
product by doing the market report analysis and submit the pre introductory report
about the proposed product to General Manager.

Incase of shortage of supply of carpet sample from the suppliers of the carpet,
then arranging the carpet sample board indigenously with a professional
marketing presentation. This was done even for the non moving old carpets
and successfully sold out many old carpets.

Worked as a Store controller and be able to develop the service standard to a


greater extent by evolving many systems for deliveries to all over Oman. This is
one of the special area where I was able to get outstanding results to the company
and created a strong base for the development and the growth of the company.

Reduced the stock level of non moving items by suggesting introduce a special
scheme for the sale of that particular product.

Cleared the stock when the stock level reaches the low position by taking effective
remedial steps for the repair or getting the replacement from the supplier or
manufacturer.
