DEED OF SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

WE, FAUSTINO S. ROBERTO & ERLINDA B. ROBERTO, Filipino, of legal age,

married and with residential address at 59 A. Roxas Chua Circle, Pacific Village, Alabang,
Muntinlupa City, hereinafter referred to as the Vendors, for and in consideration of the
sum of EIGHTY FIVE THOUSAND ( P85,000.00 ), Philippine Currency, have sold,
transferred and conveyed and by these presents do hereby sell, transfer and convey unto:

GEORGE V. TEJADA II, Filipino, of legal age and with residential address at Unit G,
Belen Apartment, Sta Teresita St., Villa Donata, Alabang, Muntinlupa City, hereinafter referred
to as the Vendee, his successors and heirs, ONE (1) UNIT MITSUBISHI L300 with
motor no. 4D56A-K2342; serial/chassis no. PAELO39FBXB002393; YEAR MODEL
1999 and Plate no. WHN853 of which said motor vehicle, that the Vendors are the
absolute owners, free from all liens and encumbrances of any kind whatsoever, and that we
will defend the title and rights of the Vendee from any claims of whatever kind or nature of
any person or persons .

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Vendors and Vendee have signed these presents on this
