DURING SHARED READING WE. hhave been discussing what digraphs (two letters, one sound) and blends (two letters, two sounds) are during, ‘Shared Reading and what makes them so special. We hhave been listing words that we find in books that start with the different digraphs and blends. See if your child can tell you what each one is and some different words that start with each. FYI In last week's Friday Folder, you should have received 2 100 Book Club letter and form. As you read each night, record the book ttle, date and initial the log. You can read to your child or they can read to you! Old favorites (books read more than once) are okay!
