CONTRACT BETWEEN BOOKING AGENT AND ARTIST

This Agreement is made and executed between:

The artist, referred to as JAMDYN and an individual referred to as AGENT.

1. Date and Term

1.1 The effective date of the agreement will be the 24th of January 2018. All
rights and obligations of the parties will be effective as of that date.
1.2 This Agreement is valid and in effect for the term of 1 month, unless
terminated prior to such date by either of the parties in accordance with
Clause on termination specified herein.

2. Agency
2.1 JAMDYN appoints the AGENT as their representative by virtue of this
Agreement.
2.2 AGENT will put in the best efforts, time and energy in representing
JAMDYN.
2.3 AGENT will put in their best efforts to secure the best deals for JAMDYN,
whilst trying to increase the worth/market value of JAMDYN.
2.4 AGENT is hereby authorized to represent JAMDYN in the territory of
Scotland.
2.5 AGENT is further entrusted with the right to negotiate the terms of any
project on behalf of JAMDYN. The ultimate right of accepting/refusing any
projects rests with JAMDYN and not with AGENT.

3. Agent Covenants
3.1 AGENT understands that AGENT will be entrusted with the samples of
JAMDYN work in order to secure projects for JAMDYN.
3.2 JAMDYN will have the rights over all samples, no rights on sample of work
would be transferred in favour of AGENT by virtue of this Agreement.
3.3 The samples entrusted with AGENT must be returned to JAMDYN with a
time period of 30 days after termination of this Agreement.
3.4 AGENT agrees that promotional expenses related to the promotion of
JAMDYN work shall be split between the AGENT and JAMDYN. AGENT will
be liable for 50% and JAMDYN will be liable for 50% of promotional
expenses.

4. Commission
4.1 AGENT understands and agrees that they will be entitled to Commission
with regard to all of the works which the AGENT secured for JAMDYN.
4.2 AGENT commission will be 20% of the total amount for each work secured
by AGENT.
 4.3 Commission amount will be calculated only after deducting the expenses if
any incurred by JAMDYN with regard to performing the project.

5. Payment of Invoice
All payments which are covered under this Agreement will be made within a
period of 14 days.

6. Termination
6.1 The Agreement can be terminated by JAMDYN for Breach of any terms
specified with a notice of 30 days prior to termination.
6.2 On such termination, the AGENT will cease to represent JAMDYN and
their work and will return all samples of their work within a time period of
30 days after termination.
6.3 This Agreement may be terminated by either party with a written notice of
30 days.

7. Relationship Between Parties

Each party is an independent contractor of the other party. Nothing herein
will constitute a Partnership between or joint venture by the parties.
