Your liver processes THC, the active ingredient

in cannabis into a by-product called 11-
hydroxy-THC, which then travels to the
bloodstream and up to your brain. 11-Hydroxy
THC is often three to five times more potent
than THC that has been inhaled. The medicinal
onset of cannabis edibles can take from 40-90
minutes and users need to be patient when
waiting to feel the effects. The effects can last
from 6 to 8 hours or more depending on a
patients metabolism. Patients that have injected
too much cannabis at now time can experience
unpleasant side effects including vomiting,
nausea, and hallucinogenic episodes.

Thc binds with butter.the easiest way to make

canna butter is with a croc-pot. Ingredients
include:
2 sticks of unsalted butter (for every 1/2 oz of
marijuana bud or trim)
1/2 oz of bud trim
Cheesecloth
Kitchen string (to form a quid)

Put butter in and turn the crockpot on warm

then take it out and separate it, Carefully
remove the butter and store it in the refrigerator
for 2-3 hours so the butter and the butter solids
are separated. It should be separated into
clarified butter (or ghee) on the top and solid
butter on the bottom We do not want the
butter solidsAdd the butter to crock pot while
discarding the solids (waste) on the bottom.
Take two layers of cheesecloth and put the bud
trim neatly in the cheesecloth, wrap it up and tie
ends with kitchen stringput the quid into the
crockpot and turn it on lowfor anywhere from
12-14 hours. Lowest heat Possible is
recommended to avoid burning. You can leave
it on as low as an hour if you are pressed for
time. The longer that you leave it on, the more
psychoactive compounds will be extracted into
the butter. Remove the cheesecloth from the
crock pot. Squeeze the remaining extract into a
crock pot. Pour the Canna-butter into a
container and store it in the refrigerator for 12-
24 hours until hardened.

The suns light contains the full spectrum of the
rainbowphotosynthesis is the process by
which plants use the energy from sunlight to
produce sugar, which cellular respiration
converts into ATP, the fuel used by all living
things. The conversion of unusable sunlight
energy into usable chemical energy is associated
with the actions of the green pigment known as
chlorophyll.

The intensity of light is expressed in Lumens

indoors you need 5000 lumens per square feet of
grow area.

Reddish orange light tends to promote the

growth of flowers and buds.. All living plants
need oxygen and carbon dioxide to survive.

Some growers control the carbon dioxide in the

room by hermetically sealing the room and
recirculating the air. But it is for seasoned
grows, for the novice inlet of fresh air is
necessary.
Take ordinary water, fill reservoir and let it sit
for 24 hours so that chlorine can evaporate and
air can get to the water and bring it to room
temperature

Water plants then wait 15 min and completely

soak them againdont feed again until they
are almost dry..

Use spray bottle to saturate with water, plants

love to absorb liquid from the bottom of their
leaves.

Over 20 elements are needed for a plant to

grow:
Carbon, hydrogen and oxygen are absorbed
from the air and water. The rest of the elements,
called mineral nutrients, are dissolved in the
nutrient solution. The primary or macro-
nutrients:
nitrogen (N)
Phosphorus (P)
And potassium (K). These three are the
elements plants use the most of. Calcium and
Magnesium are secondary nutrients and are used
in smaller amounts. Iron (FE), sulfur (S),
manganese (Mn), boron (B), molybdenum (Mo),
zinc (Zn) and copper (Cu) are micronutrients
or trace elements. Trace elements are found in
most soils. They do not exist in sufficient
quantities in water.

Nitrogen is the most essential nutrient for

marijuana plants. It is necessary for proper leaf
and stem growth. When plants leaves are
yellow, it most often signifies and nitrogen
deficiency.

Danocomix fertilizer.. 26-6-6 is the parts

composed of NPK, the rest of the 64% is inert
matter. NPK is up (Nitrogen causes it to grow
upwards: P causes the roots to grow downward:
and K cause it benefits the entire plant all
around. UP, DOWN, ALL AROUND.
Phosporus is important for flower and seed
production. It is important to give the plants
more phosphorus than nitrogen during the
flowering phase.

Potassium is important for root growth and stem

production and helps plants defend against
disease, Potassium is needed throughout the life
cycle of marijauna plants.

Place seeds between moist paper towels on a
plate or a saucer..then place the plate in a cool
dark area.. check once daily before they begin to
sprout.

Keep mother plant in constant state of growth

under atleast 16 hours of light (metal halide).

Cut clone with atleast 3 internodes of space on

it.
Trim the bottom leaves off and then clip the
ends of remaining leaves so that the plants
knows to concentrate its energy on the
developing roots, rather than growing leaves.
Put in jiffy cube and placed in a dome
environment of coconut fiber on a soiless
medium. The vents at the top of the dome are
closed since the cuts are so young. A heating
pad placed on cardboard is placed under the
bottom of the tray, so that heat will rise up
towards the roots of the clones. Keep temp
between 79-80 degrees. Heating pad will cut off
once temp gets above 82 degrees.

Right after transplanting a clone it is not

recommended that you use fertizers or nutrients
at all. In a matter of 48 hours this clone will
look like a plant. The plant needs indirect light.

If growing directly in the ground the hole must

first be preparedthe hole must be at least 12
inches deep and two feet wide. The top layer is
dry and needs to be watered once a day along
with a fertilizer such as Cogos Original
Cannabis formula. Placing a fish head, such as a
salmon head, can help micro-life to channel in
the ground. Worms and other life will help
maintain C02 levels and lively up the grow area.
Other common additives are vermiculite, peat
moss, compost, or perlite. The soil must be kept
moist, by adding water everyday. The pH level
outdoors is ideally kept between 5.3- 5.8. The
soil should not be compacted to tightly.

Prune the plant to limit vertical growth.

Outdoors, plants begin to flower in the fall when
the days are shorter and the nights are longer.
(Use Cogos original cannabis formula)

In or Out, in the last two weeks of flowering the

plants need to be flushed with clean water.. IF
growing organically (no chemicals were used)
no need to flush.

Its harvest time when pistils start to turn from

white to brown to orange and withdrawl into the
false seed pod.

Harvesting the plants when most of the

Trichomes are cloudy or milky in color will
produce an energetic, speedy, uplifting effect.
Next the trichomes will begin to turn amber in
color. Harvesting a plant at this point will
produce flowers, which are narcotic in nature
and produce a couch lock, sleepy effect.

Drying bud has to bee done in darkness cause

light will deteriorate the THC.

Seal your jars with an electric vacuum sealer.

This cuts down on the possibility of bacteria
growing in the jar.

Some of the common pest that plague a grow:

aphid
Caterpillars and worms
Deer (Outdoor)
Fungus Gnats
Gophers
Leaf Minors
Meaty bugs and scale
Slugs and snail
Spider mites
Thrips
Whiteflies

Keeping the plants wet with daily watering of

the top and bottom of the plant can often detour
spider mites, because they dont like wet moist
environments. If the mites are gone and you
water them once or twice weekly, they should
not return. If they have advanced stage of
proliferation and have begun to spin a web
around the cones, use an organic soap (like
Safer brand). Water the saturate the plants top
and bottom at least once a week. If the invasion
is too far gone, use a Pyrethrum fogger (Doktor
Doom), though it is toxic. Never spray the
plants within 2 weeks of harvesting

Some of the most common diseases are:

Powdery mildew and Grey and brown mold
(these can be treated by maintaining temperature
at ideal levels 70 to 80 degrees F and 40-50%
humidity).

The plants need micro and macro minerals to be

in good health. When nutrient problems are
identified, its better to immediately flush the
plants with plain water.

See www.theCTU.com
The soil must no be too tightly compacted.
Outdoors you must water everyday to keep the
soil moist.

PUT nutrients in water, wait 5 min then ph txt

As a general rule start ppm at 100. By week 2 or

3 you should be at 500 ppm. By the end of veg
you should be between 900-1500 ppm
depending on your style of growing. You
maximize the ppm around mid flower. After
mid flower gradually bring the ppm back down
until you enter your week of flush. If your ppm
is too high add water.

Know your tap waters ph and ppm before

starting.
Reverse Osmosis strips the water of all foreign
elements leaving the ppm at close to zero.

Try General Hydroponics floradou line.
