ADVERTISEMENT FOR RECRUITMENT NON-TEACHING POSITIONS

NIT Goa invites applications from the Indian Nationals for filling up the posts of non-teaching staff Registrar (Purely
on Deputation/Contract basis), Executive Engineer, Superintendent/Accountant, and Technical assistant,
Technicians either on deputation or regular basis. Reservation policy of the Central Govt. is applicable. The candidates
may download the Application Form, Qualification & Experience requirement, Method of Recruitment etc. from
institute website: http:www.nitgoa.ac.in. The complete application (separate application for each post) with supporting
documents shall be sent by post to the Registrar, National Institute of Technology Goa, Farmagudi, Ponda-403401 Goa.
The scanned copy of filled up Application with supporting documents may be sent to Email ID: registrar@nitgoa.ac.in.

GENERAL DETAILS FOR RECRUITMENT OF NONTEACHING EMPLOYEES

(applicable for appointment on regular/ deputation basis)

1. Reservation policy of the Central Govt. is applicable.

2. The candidates may download the General Details, Format for Application, Required
Qualifications, Experience, Method of Recruitment etc. and for other details regarding Scale of Pay
etc. from institute website:www.nitgoa.ac.in.

3. The complete Application in all respect with supporting documents may be sent by Post to the
Registrar, National Institute of Technology Goa, Farmagudi, Ponda-403401 Goa., superscribing the
envelop Application for the Post of Registrar (Purely on Deputation/Contract basis)/ Executive
Engineer/Superintendent or Accountant and Technical assistant/ Technicians. The scanned copy of filled
up application with supporting documents may be sent to Email Id: registrar@nitgoa.ac.in.
4. Candidates working in Govt. Organizations either should get their application forwarded through
proper channel or will be required to submit a No Objection Certificate from their employers at
the time of interview, if called for the same.
5. Forwarding of Application or NOC is not required for internal regular candidates working at NIT
Goa.

6. By submission of an application, the candidate will not get any right to be called for interview. If
candidate is called for interview, he/ she will not get any right for selection and appointment. There
is no system or practice to send any written communication to all those candidates who are not
called for interview or who are not selected after interview, indicating the reasons for rejections.

7. All requirements shall be examined by Scrutiny Committees to be constituted by the Institute,

based on fulfillment at the time of submission of applications.

8. Incomplete applications, applications submitted without signature on each page, applications

which are not clearly legible, applications submitted without supporting documents, will not be
placed before Scrutiny Committee and the same will be treated as rejected.

9. The Recruitment Process may be cancelled by the Competent Authority any time and no
candidate will have any claim for issue of appointment letter, as a matter of right, even after
recommendations by the Selection (Interview) Committees.
