Good Morning, Im Ayu from Nursing department polytechnic of health Denpasar. Im here to
interview you about your experience when you were hospitalized. are you willing to be
interviewed?

Ayu : What is your name?

Jeje : My name is Janice

Ayu : What is your full name?

Jeje : My full name Janice Naminatali Schuster

Ayu : So, What is your nick name?

Jeje : Jeje

Ayu : How old are you?

Jeje : I am 16 years old

Ayu : Where do you come from?

Jeje : I came from Germany.

Ayu : So where do you live now?

Jeje : I live in Canggu, somewhere in Batubulan, before Tanah lot

Ayu : have you ever been hospitalized?

Jeje : Hmm not necessarily but my brother has

Ayu : Can you tell me about your experience when your brother were hospitalized?

Jeje : Hmm.. he was got they called Demam Berdarah and he had to stay there
more than a week.

Ayu : what disease have you ever suffered?

 Jeje : hmm nothing really bad just normally sickness like you can get usually like
fever and allergy.

Ayu : how do you handle it? taking medicine or seeing a doctor?

Jeje : normally at home I just take some medicine, sleep, and drink a lot of tea, and
its bad drink Panadol and its very bad going to the doctor.

Ayu : what disease did you suffer last time?and how do you handle it?

Jeje : last week I got sore throat and I am taking medicine and drink a hot tea

Ayu : may i check your blood pressure?

Jeje : yupp

Ayu : Your blood pressure is normal, 120/80 mmHg
