2. Programme Overview A staffs personal motivation, emotional intelligence and
self-image are key to how they perform, respond and lead.
The Personal Leadership and Communication programme
builds on existing strengths and focuses on the required
attitude and behavioural changes needed to cope with the
pace and fast-changing nature of modern life and business.

OBJECTIVES:

To assist in the re-skilling and up-skilling of middle


management employees to ensure that all participants,
who may lack proper knowledge of middle level
management but are well-endowed with real-life
entrepreneur skills & concepts will not only be refreshed
but also be able to deliver towards achieving high growth,
innovation, efficiency and productivity within their
organisation. In simple-terms for quick acceptance in
terms of leadership and high impact communication, the
key concepts of the program will be as follows:

1. Develop clarity, vision and purpose.


2. Define their career values and goals.
3. Understand and implement actions to strengthen
attitudes and behaviours.
4. Develop and implement an Action Plan for their
career paths.
5. Strengthen Emotional Intelligence.

skills.

PROGRAMME OVERVIEW:

The progressive-approach of the structure allows all the


participants to understand and appreciate the complex
demand of Corporate Leadership and Communication that
is relevant in our fast changing environment, simplified &
condensed into an intensive 5-day module covering:

1. Understanding Personal and Facilitative

a Monday)

2. Understanding SWOT and BCG analysis for Middle


Management (for Second Day, likely to be a
Tuesday)

3. High Impact Communication course on Clarity and


clearness for Business Communications (for Third
Day, likely to be a Wednesday)

4. Impact of Leadership, Type & Style (for Fourth Day,


likely to be a Thursday)

5. Leadership Essentials & Development (for Fifth


Day, likely to be a Friday)

PROGRAMME DESIRED OUTCOME:

1. Application of New Leadership skills.

have a better understanding On leadership and
effective communications.

how they can refresh their leadership skill to
motivate & lead their organisation not just ahead of
