HUBUNGAN DURASI PENGOBATAN DENGAN KEPATUHAN KELUARGA PASIEN

HALUSINASI DIWILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS DUKUH KLOPO

Desain penelitian yang digunakan analitik korelasional. Variabel independentdurasipengobatan,

padadependentkepatuhankeluarga,teknik sampling yang digunakan : non probability
samplingdidapatkansampel 76 responden, kemudianhasilujichi square dengantingkatkemaknaan 0,05

Hasilpenelitiandurasipengobatan yang tidaksesuai (96,1%), kepatuhankeluargapasienhalusinasi

(57,9%) tidakpatuh, terdapathubungandurasipengobatandengankepatuhankeluarga, faktordominan
yang berhubungandenganketidakpatuhankeluargapasienhalusinasiadalahdurasipengobatan yang lama.

Berdasarkanhasilpenelitianmakadapatdisimpulkanbahwaadahubungandurasipengobatandengankepat
uhankeluargapasienhalusinasi,
makadiharapkanbagitenagakesehatanlebihmeningkatkanasuhankeperawatan yang
berhubungandengankepatuhankeluargapasienhalusinasiterhadap program
pengobatanuntukmempertahankankesembuhandanmeminimalkanangkakekambuhanpasienhalsuinasi.

RELATION BETWEEN DURATION OF MEDICALTREATMENT WITH

Hallucinations are perceptions or responses of sensory perception whitoutof externalstimulus.

The purpose of this research was to determine the relation between duration of medical treatment
with hallusinationpatients family adherence in puskesmas of dukuhklopo.

Study design that used is analytic correlational. The independent variable is duration of medical
treatment, in dependent adherence family, sampling techniques that used is non-probability
sampling obtained 76 samples of respondents, then the results of chi square test with a
significance level of 0.05

The results of research for duration of treatment is not appropriate is(96.1%), adherenceof
hallucinations patient families is (57.9%) non-compliance, there is a relationship with the
duration of treatment adherence families, the dominant factors associated with hallucinations
disobedience to the patient's family is a long duration of treatment ,

Based on the results of the research it can be concluded that there is a relationship duration of
treatment with the patient's family adherence hallucinations, it is expected to further improve the
health personnel nursing care related to compliance with the patient's family hallucinations for
treatment programs to maintain healing and minimize the recurrence rate of patients halsuinasi.

CORRELATIONINSTALLATION DISTANCE INTRAVENOUS THERAPY AND TYPES OF

JOINTS FIXATION WITH GENESIS PHLEBITIS
IN ROOM GRAHAWALUYA RSUD JOMBANG

Phlebitis is an event that often occurs in intravenous therapy fixation technique is less precise
and less sticky plaster may cause catheter intravenous (IV) is unstable, causing irritation of the
blood vessel. The purpose of this study was to determine correlationinstallation distance
intravenous therapy and types of joints fixation with genesis phlebitis in Room GrahaWaluya
RSUD Jombang.

The design study is analytic correlational. The independent variable mounting distance and type
of fixation, the incidence of phlebitis dependent, sampling techniques were used: purposive
sampling obtained a sample of 56 respondents, then the results of chi square test and logistic
regression with significance level of 0.05

The results of the study within the installation of intravenous therapy of joints measuring 3-7 cm
(76.8%), the type of fixation of intravenous therapy transparent dressing (87.5%), did not occur
phlebitis (83.9%), there arecorrelationdistance from the joint installation of intravenous therapy
with the incidence of phlebitis, there arecorrelationintravenous therapy type of fixation of joints
with phlebitis incidence, the dominant factors associated with the incidence of phlebitis is
mounting distance intravenous therapy of joints.

Based on the research results it can be concluded that therecorrelationinstallation distance

intravenous therapy and types of joints fixation with genesis phlebitis, it is expected to further
improve the health workers care to patients who need infusion particular attention to the
occurrence of phlebitis, the measures to reduce the incidence of phlebitis is indispensable so that
the incidence of phlebitis can be reduced to a minimum.
