MOTION FOR POSTPONEMENT/DEFERMENT OF HEARINGS

COMES NOW, the undersigned counsel, and unto this Honorable Court,
most respectfully states and manifests: THAT-

1. The initial hearings of the above-captioned cases are set on October 24,
2016 at 1:30 oclock in the afternoon;

2. However, it is with regret to inform this Honorable Court that the

undersigned counsel cannot attend the said hearings for he will be
attending the wedding of his cousin on October 23, 2016 in Pagadian
City;

3. Although the said wedding is on October 23, 2016, the undersigned

counsel cannot attend the hearing set for these cases on October 24,
2016 for he will be travelling back to Sindangan from Pagadian City on
the next day October 24, 2016, the date of the trial of the above-
captioned cases;

4. Thus, the undersigned counsel is constrained to ask for a postponement

and/or deferment of the initial hearings of the above cases on another
date that is convenient with this Courts Calendar;

 5. This Motion is not intended to delay the proceedings of this case, but
the same is filed out of extreme necessity and in utmost good faith.

WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed of this Honorable Court

that the scheduled hearings on October 24, 2016 at 1:30 oclock in the
afternoon be cancelled and reset to another date that is convenient with this
Courts calendar.
