PROJECT BACKGROUND

CONSTRUCTION CO. is one of the popular one in the construction industry. The company is
popular and respected because of its reliable performance and accomplishments. For the past
few years the company delivered satisfactory results to every project receives. Nowadays with
the fast advancement of technologies, a lot of customers requests are becoming more and
more complicated so the challenges in the construction industry keeps on rising. Also with the
increasing populations here in the Philippines, the demands of housing projects are as well
increasing so in order to accommodate these projects and demands our company provides the
best engineers and architects that can satisfy the wishes of every customers.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT

For this project Mr. & Mrs. Esteve J. Lopit has chosen our company to do the
construction of their own 2-STOREY dream house. They wanted to build their house in Flora
Apayao. Since the mentioned client requested a 2-Storey Residential Building with their own
limited budget.

PROJECT OBJECTIVE

The objective of the company is to achieve the triple constraints compose of Time,
Scope and Budget.

The main focus of the company is to finish the said project within the range of 8 10
months as stated in the contract that have been made thats why the company provided a table
for the distribution of different phases of works for the entire 8 - 10 months.

REPORTING REQUIREMENT

A monthly report is to be required from the engineer to the client about the progress of
the project for the client to be updated on what is happening with the agreed project.
