Yes, I have a question regarding the deadline to ask you. From reading the information from the
department website, I have found that the deadline for applicants who do not seek
funding/assistantship is different from those who aim to receive funding/assistantship. I am not sure
that the deadline of people who is self-funded like me is in January or in other months? Thank you

Dear Dr.

I have another question about the English language score. I currently have both IELTS and GRE score
reports. The GRE scores will last for 5 years, so there will no problem when I apply to the program
However, my IELTS scores will be expired in May 2018 (7 months later). I have read the University
regulation and it states that I should have IELTS taken within the last two years. My IELTS scores are
for sure still not two years yet. But I am not sure if I can still use my current IELTS scores to apply to
the program. Do you have any suggestions regarding this issue? Thank you so much for your answer.

Although my scores are right now sufficient with the University requirement, I am fine to attend an
English course provided by the University before the fall semester if needed.
