Based on observations and interviews conducted in the medical records installation in BLUD of Ulin District Hospital Banjarmasin, workflows that are applied has been appropriate with the existing theory. This study aims to describe the medical records installation from the aspect of work flow and work space in BLUD of Ulin District Hospital Banjarmasin. This study uses descriptive method. Data collection in this study is done through observation (check list) and interviews. Population in this study is the officer of medical records installation. Based on the results of this study, can be concluded that the work flow is applied is appropriate with the existing theory, while the work space in medical record installation in BLUD of Ulin District Hospital Banjarmasin seen from the working facilities arrangement aspect it is still inadequate and did not meet the standards of work space. Space arrangement of medical record installation in BLUD of Ulin District Hospital Banjarmasin is not in accordance with the standards aspects of the work flow and work space. the space of medical records installation in BLUD of Ulin District Hospital Banjarmasin still not in accordance with ergonomic aspects.
