CAREER HISTORY:
Walton Hi-Tech Industries Ltd. September, 2015 to till now
Walton Hi-Tech Industries Limited: The leading manufacturer of Refrigerator, Air-
Conditioner, LED TV and other home appliance products in Bangladesh with Refrigerators
compressors as recent addition.
Position: Cooling Manager (R&D)
Job responsibilities include:
Cooling circuit design and optimizing the performance
Find out ways to improve the cooling performance and reduce cost of raw material
Making jigs & fixture for tube bend & easier assembly
Confirm air-conditioner safety at high load condition
Prepare proper process of manufacturing the designed & optimized cooling cycle
Prepare BOM of designed cooling system
Prepare SOP for production
Provide maintenance of cooling jigs & fixtures & evaluate air-conditioners from
production as per design.
Guide service team with proper document and analysis of the problem
Accomplish projects as per management requirements

Achievements:
Designed sourced machineries & guided workshop technicians to set up 4 & 5 Ton air-
conditioner assembly line according to management requirement. Currently the
assembly line is running smoothly.
24k Inverter split type air-conditioners cooling cycle design & optimization, electrical
and mechanical safety assurance, PCB component safety confirmation with PCB team
and successfully accomplishment.
Successful development of new 12k & 24k non-inverter AC cooling system & launch
the product on market. The new model COP is increased by 10% for 12k & 15% for 24k
unit.
 Developed cooling load calculator app for residentially used AC with visual basic.
Calculation of this app is based on ASHRAE residential cooling load calculation standard
and values are corrected for Bangladesh. This app is now available on
www.waltonbd.com & used by many customers.
A macro enabled spreadsheet is developed for data acquisition from cooling performance
testing lab to reduce time of development & analyze results easily.

Modern Erection Ltd. December, 2014 to August, 2015

Modern Erection Ltd: Providing various industrial solutions for almost thirty years. It is the
pioneer of boiler manufacturing (industrial grade) & also manufacturing garments finishing
machineries & provides various other engineering services to industries in Bangladesh.
Position: Design & Process Engineer (R&D)
Job responsibilities include:
Perform design and drafting works required for customized engineering fabrication like
economizer, chimney, oil storage tank, waste heat recovery boiler etc.
Check ways to improve existing standard product design.
Design steam line layout.
Implement ASME/BS/ISO/ANSI standards while designing a product.
Make fabrication drawing that is usable for production department.
Support installation & repair team in case of emergency.
Selection of feed water pump, condensate return pump, appropriate pipe size and
schedule for the operation.
Make material list and cost estimation for a project and inform it to sales department.
Design process diagram (P&ID) for water treatment project.
Guide technical team during manufacturing of designed project.
Achievements:
Designed an Economizer for energy efficiency & operates as per specifications.
Designed 30m height customized Chimney for an International Beverage Private Ltd.
Successfully designed oil storage tank with heating mechanism that operates as per
design on actual operation.

EXTRA ACTIVITIES:
Designed and fabricated a three-wheeler vehicle for the ECORUN competition that was
jointly organized by JICA and BUET and sponsored by WALTON. Our vehicle selected
as the lightest three-wheeler developer group in the ECORUN competition and it was the
key theme to reduce fuel use.
Freelance writing about various product & services.
Twenty-one days long training on BITAC, CHITAGONG. The training focuses on
pattern making, molding, heat treatment, machining, mechanical & electrical
maintenance, activities of Industrial Engineering Division and Industrial Production
Division.
