CAREER HISTORY:
VIYELLATEX Ltd. 29 NOVEMBER, 2014 to till now

It is the composite knit apparel and textile manufacturing business unit of VIYELLATEX group.
It is comprised of Design and Product Development, Sample Knitting, Dyeing, Washing,
Cutting, Sewing and Finishing sections. The Textile Testing Corporation (Testing Lab) is also a
part of VTL. VIYELLATEX Ltd. has multiple international certifications.

Position: Executive
Sales and distribution section (garments)
Job responsibilities include:
Prepare cost sheet for each product, identify new materials
Communicate with buyer for getting order and execution that order in
factory and maintain good relationship.
Follow up with planning team with proper feed to plan for order execution
and MM and commercial.
Development and ensure to approval product.
Ensure operating conditions of a certain machine for correct operation.
Troubleshooting of machines.
Material booking done through SAP..
Update information of proactive and reactive work record such as metarial
record pricing by SAP software.
Perform miscellaneous work on the basis of management requirement.
INDUSTRIAL TRAINING:
Twenty one days long industrial training on Gazi Wires Ltd., Chittagong. The training focuses
on copper wire manufacturing technology. The manufacturing process of wire includes heat
treatment, drawing & coating. The wire is tested to find out thermal, mechanical, electrical and
chemical property. The testing function is done by quality control department.

WORKSHOP& SEMINAR ATTENDED:

I have attended on 2 days workshop on Renewable Energy & Safety Management
organized by Mechanical Engineering Department, CUET. This workshop covered
renewable energy definition, various source of renewable energy, distributed power
generation system to reduce transmission loss of power and general safety management
issues in industry.
I have attended on seminar of Supply Chain Management organized by Mechanical
Engineering Department, CUET. The topics covered are definition of supply chain
management, significance of supply chain management, components of supply chain and
push vs. pull strategy.
I have attended on workshop of Basic and Industrial Application of PLC organized by
Unipolar Automation Ltd in CUET. This workshop covered basic PLC layout and
programming with industrial applications of PLC.

UNDER GRADUATE PROJECT:

In my undergraduate project I have develop a mechanical automatic on-off switching system for
domestic water pump. In this project, I utilize water pressure developed at the tank to break the
pump circuit mechanically and a spring is used to reconnect the circuit when water pressure is
reduced.

ACHIVEMENT:
Designed and fabricated a three-wheeler vehicle for the ECORUN competition
that was jointly organized by JICA and BUET.
Selected, as the lightest three-wheeler developer group in the ECORUN
competition and it was the key theme to reduce fuel use.
Develop a line tracker robot for Roborace that is organized by RMA, CUET and
win runner up position in the competition.
