MOTION FOR REDUCTION OF BAILBOND

ACCUSED, by counsel and to this Honorable Court, most respectfully
state:

That the Honorable Court issued a Warrant of Arrest and set bail at
FORTY THOUSAND (PHP 40, 000.00) EACH.

That both accused are not charged with any grave or capital offense, and
they cannot afford to pay the amount stated as their bail bond.

That his family and friends helped them raise the amount of FIFTEEN
THOUSAND PESOS (PhP 15,000.00) EACH through loans for them to be able
to post said bond.

WHEREFORE, both accused prays that after hearing they be granted

reduction of bail bond and be allowed to post bail in the total amount of THIRTY
THOUSAND PESOS (PhP30,000.00) for their temporary liberty.

Accused further prays for other reliefs, just and equitable under the
premises.
