INSTRUCTIONS TO THE CANDIDATES

1. Take a print out of this call letter as this will be required to be produced and submitted for verication at the main gate as
well as at the time of your (PI) personal interview at IIM Indore.

2. At least one original, not photocopied or scanned, and valid, not expired photo identication card (such as Driving
License, Passport, PAN Card, Voter ID, Aadhaar) should be presented.

3. The Candidates photograph should be legibly visible on the photo ID Card and should match the name as printed on
the Call Letter. The Photo ID card should not be damaged or smudged.

4. You must report at the VENUE of Interview i.e. Indian Institute of Management Indore, Prabandh Shikhar, Rau
Pithampur Road, Indore, Madhya Pradesh at 12 Noon for verication of the documents. Interview shall be held
between 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM

5. You are required to bring the Original and one set of Photocopy of Mark Sheets, Degrees and Certicates of the
following arranged in sequence when you come for the interview:

a) 10th Std. or equivalent

b) 12th Std. or equivalent
c) Bachelors Degree: I year, II year, III year, IV year, V year
d) Masters Degree: I year, II year, III year
e) Professional Qualications, if any.
f) Ofcial score card of the CAT-2016, if taken by you.
g) Original and photocopies of all work experience certicates as claimed by you in your application form.
h) If your mark sheet has only a grade point average, you are required to provide an equivalence certicate/ proof
of that grade point in terms of percentage from your Institute.

6. Failing to produce the aforementioned documents mentioned at point (a) to (h) at the time of interview, shall debar you
from the interview.

7. You are also advised to constantly look for any updates on our website at www.iimidr.ac.in homepage under
Announcement.
8. In case the letters of reference from your referee 1 and 2 are still pending for submission, kindly contact them and
ensure that the same is/are submitted on or before Friday, March 31, 2017

9. The Institute shall make arrangement for your stay in the hostel room within the campus which will be provided only
to outstation candidates appearing for the interview (not their family members) from Saturday, April 22, 2017 to Monday,
April 24, 2017 morning (10:00 AM) instant. There will be no provision of stay beyond this time.

10. Outstation candidates who are interviewed shall be entitled for to and fro, sleeper class train fare by shortest route on
submission of proof of travel (photocopy of tickets). For this you will be required to submit your bank details as per the
following format on a separate A-4 paper duly printed or neatly handwritten without any overwriting and duly signed
by you along with your proof of travel duly veried by you.

11. Please conrm whether you will be attending the interview through email at fpmadmission@iimidr.ac.in latest by
Monday, April 17, 2017 by clearly mentioning the date and time of your arrival and departure which must be within
the time line mentioned above. If you are availing the hostel accommodation, you must ensure to bring your bed
sheet; towel; toiletries etc. for your own convenience as these are not provided in the hostel accommodation.

12. Please ensure well before your travel for the personal interview that you fulll the given eligibility criteria as

13. Also please note that your candidature will be rejected at any stage before/after the admission process, if you do not
meet the eligibility requirement for FPM-2017
