And I turned lock aspect ratio off on

the scaling and made the height -38
to make it face upside down.

Since I had finished with this arrow I

made a copy and moved it so it was
next to it.
And I added one last pair at the end.

I added an image of a pile of oats.

I then resized and repositioned it.

Added the shatter effect, set the

pattern to custom and set it to the
oat image, then I changed the
gravity, viscosity, randomness,
rotation speed and force 1 strength
to 0 and the extrusion length to 2.
I then went and added a few easy
ease key frames that make the
image rotate at differing speeds at
certain times.

After that I added a few easy ease

key frames to the opacity and size to
make it look like its zooming in and
out from a distance.

I repeated this with an image of

wheat and an image of chocolate
chips.
I found some light leak footage on
YouTube and downloaded it.

Once it was added I

set the mode to add.

Added some easy

ease key frames to the
opacity to have the
light leak change in
strength throughout
the clip.
And placed the video
bellow everything but
the greyscale layer
and the original video.

After adding that I went and added

a new solid layer.

And put the effect Particle Systems

II onto it.
In order to control the path of the
particles without it being extremely
hard you need to make a layer
where you can control the particles
path in a 2D space so I added a null
layer.

And linked the position of the

producer to the position of the null
layer by alt-clicking the stop watch
and using the whip tool to connect
the two.

Now to edit the particles I changed

the both radii on the producer to
0.3, changed the velocity, gravity
and extra in the physics to 0 and in
the particle, I set the max opacity to
13%, changed the colours and set
the transfer mode to add.
I then added a path to the null for
the particles to follow.

I then took this group and made

them into a pre comp.

I then added an inverted mask to

the particle layer to make it look like
the particles go behind the image.
I repeated two more times with one
for the wheat and another for the
chocolate.

I then added a glow effect to all 3 of

these layers.

After that I got multiple videos of

glitch stock footage
This was then added to the video in
the mode add and was placed
over a certain section.

The second piece of footage was

then added bellow the first.

An adjustment layer was then

added.
The second piece of stock footage
was then made invisible and an
effect called displacement map
was then added.

The displacement map layer was

then set to the stock footage and I
made a few modifications to the
max displacement to make it
noticeable.

Now back to premiere, I added the

last bit of the video.
The video was then sped up to be at
250% speed.

To make a transition I added a 14

frame long adjustment layer with
the replicate effect to count 3 and
multiple mirrors to smooth it out.

I then added two more adjustment

layers both zoom the video to 300
so that it only shows one video
without the clones showing and
are set to have a 360 composite
angle, the first video slides from the
original to the right until half of a
clone video is showing, the second
starts off showing two clones and
slides two the right until there is
only one, making the video look like
it swiped to the right.
I yet again put the video into an
after effects composition.

And repeated the lens effect.

After that I made the logo fade onto

the screen using key frames on the
opacity.
I then made the music and video
fade out at the end.

I went to after effects one final

time.

Added a solid.
I then used the eclipse tool to make
a circle shaped mask that is placed
off screen.

A glow effect was then added along

with some key frames for the
opacity.

Finally, I exported the video.
