Opposition of Trademark
On Notice of Opposition of Trademark from Trademark Office

Documents required

Trademark or logo copy

Applicant details like name, address and nationality; incase of company: the state of
incorporation

Goods or services to register

Date of first use of the trademark in India, if used by you prior to applying

Total duration for registration of Trademark depends upon response from Trademark Registry /
Office. It takes minimum 4 -6 months (incase no opposition is received).
