MINUTES:
- Feedback from Homeroom teacher about Ellies progress in class:
Ellie is eager to participate, made big improvements in German over the last year, she is more organized and has a
positive attitude towards learning
- in Math she needs more support and hands-on materials
- in English she is a little slower in reading and writing
- Feedback from Inclusion teacher about the latest assessments in spelling and reading
(results were not great but the question remains how much impact the DAZ-situation and also the fact that Ellies
vocabulary is limited have on the results)
- Feedback from mother about Ellies progress and overall situation at home; Mother would like to get more detailed
information about the current topics in order to help Ellie with her work (especially in math)

DECISIONS:
- The Inclusion Teacher is going to write an ISP (Individual Support Plan) which contains goals and formulates
concrete measures to support Ellies overall development, and in particular her reading and writing skills

- Ellies Mother agrees on implementing more German language at home to help Ellie to build up her German
vocabulary (German mother is going to read with Ellie, Ellie is going to read to her little sister Charlotte, Ellie should
listen to audio tapes/audio books)

- Frau Gibson is going to remind Ellie to take her Math book home every day, in order to show her mothers the
current topics

- Ellies Mother is going to have Ellie re-tested by a familiar child-psychologist
