Specifications and Standards.
Field Inspection visits
Represent Intertek as required at client's meetings, conferences, etc.
Direct liaison with Customers, Suppliers and Field personnel.
Attend Pre-Inspection Meetings with inspectors.

Co-ordinate for final painting inspections and release

Monitor KPIs including customer satisfaction, close-out of NCRs and corrective/preventative measures,
repair/rework rates, audit findings and recommend early warnings and improvement opportunities
Job Responsibilities:
Identification and reporting of non-compliance and poor performance to Project QA/QC Manager.
Apply inspection standards and tests for plant, including frequency and type of examination, following installation.
Approval of welding and NDT procedures, Approval of welders and welding operator's qualifications
Carry out and/or witness non-destructive testing, the evaluation of non-destructive test reports including Radiographic Film
Interpretation and formal approval. Witness and evaluate mechanical testing of production test welds.
Examine heat treatment records for compliance with the applicable code requirements.
Ensure that all Welding, Heat Treatment, any hardness testing, Inspection and Non-destructive testing are in compliance
with the relevant codes and specifications.
Review course and effects of welding defects and take remedial actions

Executes the specific inspections on materials, equipment and construction /installation activities on site.
Issues the relevant Quality Records and, when necessary, write and send to Quality Control-QCSupervisor non-
conformances reports,
Verifying conformity of the work to specified Quality Requirements and ensuring that the inspections and controls are
carried out and documented in accordance with the Quality.
Controls welding parameters and consumables during installation/construction activities,supervising welding operations
Controls procedures and welders qualifications.
Checks the availability and suitability of the filler material and of the preheating, welding, heattreatment, the bevels, the
extent of the repairs made by the various welders and taking anycorrective actions, the heat treatment record diagrams.

Continually monitor and review of fabrication, erection, and assembly, NDE contractors work and testing of mechanical

Inspect all Contractors/ Company supplied materials and equipment to ensure that they meet specifications.
Ensure consumables are stored and handled correctly; Conduct periodic audits of all welding consumables used by the
contractor at site.
Ensure welds and repairs are made according to established company procedures;

Review all radiography film shot by NDT crews related to on site welding of pipe for various systems. Confirm repairs, re-
