ABSTRAK
Abstract
PBLK activity aims to make the management of nursing care management and
nursing care management through the process of organizing nursing activities
effectively and efficiently. Comprehensive Practice Field Study was conducted in
room B1 Love Obgyn (Oncology) Dr H. Adam Malik Medan for 4 weeks. From
the results of studies conducted in Room B1 Obgyn Dr H. Love Adam Malik
Medan is found most cases of cervical cancer. Cervical cancer or cancer of the
cervix is one of the most common disease for women. At an advanced stage
cervical cancer patients will usually feel the complaints such as bleeding after
intercourse, spontaneous bleeding in the menopause, the incidence of vaginal
discharge and mixed with lots of blood and smell, pelvic pain, pain during
intercourse and difficulty in urination and decreased appetite also. Activities
undertaken during this PBLK include the management of nursing services and
nursing care management practices on land that directly made to clients and
families. Nursing care to clients with cervical cancer are expected to improve the
quality of life for clients and minimize the negative impacts, such as psychological
stress that is affecting the client's medical condition when returned. Based on the
assessment of the cervical cancer patients treated Nursing has received the data
obtained by 60% the quality of life of patients is quite good, as much as 20% have
a good quality of life and quality of life as much as 20% of cervical cancer
patients worse.
