Purpose of Training:
Designed for teachers, principals, etc. to learn how to integrate different technologies across the curriculum
while being exposed to the latest hardware,, software, and successful strategies on student technology use.

Visual Literacy class described how to use photos to enhance teaching. Digital Literacy class taught us how to
incorporate other media types into one product. Project Based learning described how to take "old-school"
projects and make them digital. Using Technology to Support Differentiated Instruction discussed how to use
technology to meet students' learning styles. 21st Century Lessons for 21st Century Skills focused on meeting
standards using student multi-media projects. Don't Look at the Duck featured web 2.0 tools to use in the
classroom. Lit2Go gave us free audio resources to use with our students. Info Literacy discussed how to guide
students through the research process with online sources. Google Earth demonstrated all the neat "hidden"
tools on Google Earth. Creating Video Booktalks gave ideas how to have students create booktalks with Photo
