POLICIES AND GUIDELINES IN BORROWING PROJECTORS
1. Projector may be borrowed for use inside the premises of ICST.
2. Use of projector outside the ICST premises may be permitted provided the user
submits a request letter.
3. Borrowers are required to deposit their ICST ID to the Security for the entire
borrowing period.
4. Projectors are available on a FIRST-COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS. The student may
checked out for a maximum of three (3) hours and may request for a two hour
extension if there is no standing request for the next hour. The Instructor may
checked out for a maximum of 1 DAY ONLY.
5. Projectors must be returned personally to the security personnel.
6. Late return of projectors is subject to a fine of Php 20.00 per hour. Failure to
return the projector within a day is subject to an additional fine of Php 100.00
per day and holding of the borrowers privileges for a month.
7. Users may only borrow one (1) projector at a time.
8. Holds and reservations of projectors are not allowed.
9. Borrowers should not leave the projector unattended.
10. Borrowers should immediately report any projector problems to MIS Office.
11. Users shall be responsible for the full replacement and repair costs if the
projector or any peripherals borrowed are lost or damaged as determined by the
security personnel or MIS personnel.
12. The MIS Office reserves the right to decline usage to any borrower at any time.
