Operation Strategy:
Drinking tea has become part of life for many people. Most people have no idea of tea
production process from processing, blending, packing, transportation and sales as Hoi Choill
as the major players involved in this process that spans agriculture, industry and retails. Our
Strategy is to reach to maximum customers at the minimum cost. To fulfill policy objective
Tasty Tea for Everyone a franchising tea stall is going to use the following operating
strategies.

Supply:
For doing the business, a franchising tea stall is linked up with several stakeholders. a
franchising tea stall are made contract with different companies for raw materials. The firm will
collect tea directly from manufacturing tea companies whose tea garden located at Sylhet region.
To procure other than tea, the firm collects milk from local farm, sugar from local dealer, fruit

To take order and serve the tea with other stuff to the customers, one waiter is needed. Responsibilities of

Cleaner:
To clean the stall, used cup and trash one cleaner is needed. Responsibilities of cleaner have given in
below:

2. Clean used cookeries randomly

Training & Development:


To provide better service and support, the business need to train up all of its employees of tea
stall. Customer satisfaction, uses of cookeries, health safety etc. could be subject of training to
the employees.

For upcoming any challenges on business and increase business area, it is important to train up in
every level of employee.

Accounts & Finance Department:


Accounts and Finance department is very important to calculate regular income and keep all
records regarding all functional cost of the business operation. Accounts team member may only
consist of one member who is responsible for tracking records of all financial related information

of the business.
