SUB: REQUEST FOR ARRANGING A RETAKE OR AN ALTERNATE RESOLUTION OF A MIDTERM MISSED

ON FRIDAY 10TH OF NOVEMBER DUE TO CITY’S UNCERTAIN CONDITION BECAUSE OF CHALISWAH (40 TH
DAY OF KARBALAH INCIDENT).

Respected Sir,

With due respect; I’m Abdul Ghani Shahzaib, student of MBA Program Roll # 16FMBA2E006 of Business
Administration Department of Sindh Madressatul Islam University. I had a midterm exam of financial
accounting on Friday 10th November 2017. But I was not able to come and take the exam because due to
Chaliswah and blockage of traffic in old city area. Possibly; some of the students still managed to come
to university out of sheer luck.

It is my sole request to the examination department to consider my case with reasonable approach
because even though I tried to come to university but I was not successful in managing to arrive at
university. I have never missed a midterm exam before and my academic past records proves my
seriousness towards my MBA classes.

Hence, therefore I request you to kindly allow me and arrange a retake or an alternate resolution for my
midterm exam.

I will be thankful to you for this act of higher gratitude.
